Group Bookings & Policy
-Private and Exclusive use of the Spa is available. Please contact us directly for availability and arrangements
-Groups of 3 and more will be subjected to a 20% gratuity with the service(s) provided by Cash Only
-Group Bookings must be done by one major credit card
-In case of cancellation/reschedule/service change all must be done 2 weeks prior to the visit (all depending on reservation)
-Any changes after will be subjected to a full charge for the original scheduled service(s)
-Half of the deposit will be taken 2 weeks prior to the reservation
-2nd half of the deposit will be charged to the card on file one day prior to the reservation
Arrival
-We recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time
-Please be aware that if you arrive late to your appointment, we may have to shorten the length of your service to accommodate our next guest. Regardless of the length of the treatment you receive, you will be responsible for the full price of your scheduled service
-During your Spa visit we provide you with robes and slippers for your comfort as needed for select services
-Please notify us of any allergies, sensitivities and other medical concerns that you have when booking with us
Payment & Gift Certificates
-We accept Cash, Check, VISA and MASTERCARD
-Gift Certificates are available for any denomination or service(s). They are not redeemable for cash and retail products. Gift Certificates can ONLY be purchased at our location or over the phone
-Gratuities are not included in the price of Spa services. Our staff graciously accepts cash or check
Fox Chapel Day Spa Policies
General Policies
-Our Spa is an adult environment. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times
-We encourage you to leave all jewelry and personal items at home or in your car
-We are a NON SMOKING facility, Thank You!
-PLEASE put your phone on Mute or Vibrate upon entering the Spa as we do not want to disrupt services of our other guests
Cancellation Policy & Fees
-In case of a cancellation/reschedule we ask that you please give us a call or contact us via e-mail 24 hrs prior
-Appointments cancelled 24 hrs prior will not be charged
-Cancellations made with less than six hour notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s)
-"No Shows" will be charged a full amount of the scheduled service(s)
-Credit Card is required to book appointments
